Every record also carries the unique Digital Waste Tracking ID (DWT-ID) and the API code that identifies the receiving organisation. You do not type these in by hand: they come from the system.
How LoadSnap captures all of this
Most of area 1 is filled by the AI from a single photo: the waste type, EWC codes, container and hazardous flag are suggested for you to check. Areas 2 and 3 are drawn from the carrier QR code and your site details, which are already on screen at the weighbridge. The DWT-ID and API code are added automatically when the movement is filed. Your job is to glance, confirm and submit.
