There's nothing to download. LoadSnap is a web app — adding it to your home screen gives you an app icon that opens full-screen.

Open the LoadSnap link your office sent you in Safari and log in.

Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).

Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Open LoadSnap from the new icon and log in once more — you'll stay signed in after that.
