1. Capture
Out in the field, a driver photographs the load, in the app or by sending it to your LoadSnap WhatsApp number. At a receiving site, the operative scans the carrier's QR code and weighs the vehicle in and out.
2. Classify
The AI reads the photo and suggests the waste type and EWC codes from more than 850 codes, and flags whether it is hazardous. Nobody has to know the codes by heart.
3. Review
You check the suggestion and adjust anything that is not right. Nothing is filed until you approve it.
4. File to DEFRA
LoadSnap submits the movement to DEFRA over its API and stores the returned tracking reference against the record. No re-keying into a separate system.
