What it is
A record of a potential customer's request: who they are, what they need moving, and from where.

Not every request turns into work straight away. Capturing enquiries means nothing slips through the cracks and you can follow up, rather than losing business to a missed phone call or email.
How it works
You log an enquiry with the customer and what they are asking for. From there you can turn it into a quote, and once accepted, into a booked job. It gives you a simple top of the funnel for your work.
