How Contracts work in LoadSnap

Contracts is where carriers manage recurring work for regular customers. What it is, why recurring work needs its own home, and how a contract generates jobs that flow into scheduling and invoicing.

Contracts is where carriers manage ongoing, recurring work for regular customers. Used by carriers.

What it is

An agreement for repeat work, for example a regular weekly collection, rather than a one-off job.

Why it's there

A lot of waste work is recurring. Contracts saves you re-booking the same job every week and gives you a clear record of the ongoing arrangement and what has been delivered against it.

How it works

You set up a contract for a customer with the recurring work and schedule. It generates the jobs on the agreed pattern, which then flow into the Scheduler like any other job, and on to invoicing.
