The Scheduler is where carriers plan booked jobs across their vehicles and days. Used by carriers.
What it is
A planning view of your jobs over time, by vehicle and by day, so you can see what is happening and when.
Why it's there
Once you are taking bookings, you need to see them laid out and make sure the right vehicle is doing the right work at the right time, without double-booking a vehicle or a container.
How it works
Jobs that have a date appear in the Scheduler. Unscheduled jobs wait in a list until you place them. You assign each job to a vehicle, and because drivers are assigned to vehicles, the driver on that vehicle picks the work up. You can move jobs around as the day changes. Your stock and asset visibility feeds in, so you can see whether you have the containers free to take a job on.
