Free, 0 pounds a month: 10 loads a month, AI classification (5 a month), 1 admin user, 2 drivers, up to 5 vehicles, digital WTN PDF export, basic compliance dashboard, and DEFRA API submission. For sole traders getting started.
Trade, 19 pounds a month: 25 loads a month. Built for tradespeople and mobile businesses who carry their own waste. Unlimited AI classification, photo to compliant WTN, up to 25 drivers and 25 vehicles, scrap metal route handling, a monthly accountant-ready summary, CSV export, and DEFRA API submission.
Pro, 29 pounds a month (most popular): choose 50, 150 or 250 loads a month. Everything in Free, plus unlimited AI, driver app submissions, carrier licence verification against the live EA register, DVLA vehicle lookup with MOT and tax, digital signatures, scheduling across calendar, Kanban, Gantt and map, the fleet view, invoicing and quotes, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks export, and 5 admin users.
Business, 129 pounds a month: choose 500, 1,000 or unlimited loads a month. Everything in Pro, plus unlimited users, drivers, vehicles and jobs, multi-site management, daily vehicle checks, hazardous waste consignment notes, the producer portal, contracts and season tickets, white-label inquiry forms, group messaging, priority support, and DEFRA auto-submission.

Included on every plan
DEFRA API submission is on every plan, including free. Compliance is a legal requirement, so we never put it behind a paywall.
Loads and overage
Each plan includes a monthly load allowance. We email you at 80 percent and 100 percent, and any loads over your allowance are 40p each until your cycle resets. There are no hard caps and no surprise charges.
Trial, billing and switching
Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to start. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel any time with no setup fees. Your data has UK data residency, and you can export it on any plan.
One separate cost to know about
Separate from your LoadSnap subscription, DEFRA charges its own fee of 26 pounds per legal entity, per year, for the Digital Waste Tracking service itself. That goes to DEFRA, not to LoadSnap.
