What do my drivers have to do?

Drivers do as little as possible: take a photo of the load, in the driver portal where jobs pre-fill the details. The office reviews and approves before anything files to DEFRA.

As little as possible. LoadSnap is built so drivers can capture a compliant record without changing how they work.

It comes down to a photo

At each stop a driver takes a photo of the load. The AI classifies it and it lands in your Inbox for the office to approve. No codes to know, no paperwork to fill in at the roadside.

The driver portal

Drivers log into the driver portal, which runs in the browser with nothing to install and can be added to the home screen. They see the jobs on their vehicle for the day, take a photo at each stop, and the details are pre-filled from the job. It still comes down to a photo and a tap.

You stay in control

Every driver submission is reviewed and approved by the office before anything is filed to DEFRA, so a quick photo from the field never becomes an uncontrolled record.
