LoadSnap tracks your skips and containers as assets, not just as lines on a job. You always know what you have, where it is, and which job and vehicle it is assigned to.
Your containers as assets
Each skip or container is a tracked asset in LoadSnap, with its type and size. You can see your full set of containers at a glance, and how many are out on hire versus available.
Assigning to jobs and vehicles
When you book a job, you assign the container to it, and to the vehicle delivering or collecting it. The assignment follows the asset, so the record always shows where each container is and who is responsible for it.
The deliver, exchange and collect cycle
LoadSnap follows the full hire cycle: deliver an empty container, exchange a full one for an empty, and collect at the end. Each movement updates the container's status and location, so nothing gets lost or double-booked.
Why this matters
You do not need a separate skip-hire system bolted onto your compliance software. LoadSnap handles the container tracking and the Digital Waste Tracking record in one place.
