Short answer: LoadSnap does not plug into your weighbridge hardware, and it does not need to. You enter the weight in seconds and LoadSnap does the rest.
How it works
At the gate, the operative reads the weighbridge and enters the gross and tare weights into LoadSnap. LoadSnap calculates the net automatically and files the record to DEFRA. There is no integration to set up and no software to install on your scale.
Works alongside any weighbridge
Because LoadSnap sits downstream of the weigh itself, it works with any weighbridge, old or new, from any manufacturer. You keep your existing kit and your existing weighing process, and LoadSnap adds the classification, the compliance fields and the DEFRA submission on top.
Why we built it this way
Hardware integrations lock you to specific scales and add cost and setup. Keeping weight entry simple means you can be live the same day, on whatever weighbridge you already have.
