What it is
The records of the producers you collect from: their sites, their details and their history with you. For a carrier, producers are your customers.
Why it's there
You need a clean record of who you collect for, both to run the work and to meet duty of care. You can also give producers free access to a portal to see their own waste records, which helps you win and keep their business.
How it works
You add producers as customers, and their collections build up against their record. You can invite them to the producer portal, optionally white-labeled, so they can see their collections and download their transfer notes.
