The producer portal lets you give your customers, the producers whose waste you handle, free access to their own compliance records. It is a simple way to offer them peace of mind, and it costs them nothing.
What it is
As a LoadSnap account holder, you can invite your producers to a portal where they can see the waste you have collected from them, download their waste transfer notes, and check that the carrier handling their waste is properly licensed.
Why offer it
Producers carry a duty of care and increasingly want evidence that their waste is being handled correctly. Giving them a portal makes you the supplier who takes that worry away, which helps you win and keep their business.
Free for your producers
Your producers never pay for portal access. The producer portal is available on the Business plan and above, and you can extend it to as many of your business customers as you like.
It is for businesses rather than households, so a householder you collect from does not get a portal. Nothing is sent to anybody on its own either: a producer only gets a login when you send them one.
