Compliance is your live view of how compliant your operation is. Used by carriers and receivers.
What it is
A dashboard that pulls together the things that keep you legal, in one live view that updates itself from the data already in LoadSnap, with no button to press.
What it shows
It covers four areas: your drivers (how many have a verified licence, any disqualifications, and total penalty points across the fleet); your vehicles (MOT and tax status with countdowns and colour coding); your carrier registration (your status against the Environment Agency register, with the expiry date); and your supply chain (the permit status of the receiving sites you use, and any enforcement found against them).
Why it's there
Compliance is spread across many small things that are easy to lose track of. Bringing them into one view means you can see at a glance that everything is in order, and act before something lapses.
It updates itself
There is no Run Checks button. Licence checks run on their schedule, vehicle MOT and tax come from the DVLA, and the Environment Agency register is refreshed regularly. Each source shows when it was last refreshed, with a manual refresh if you want the latest immediately. When a check finds something, such as a driver gaining points, a vehicle's tax expiring soon, or a site's permit changing, LoadSnap raises a notification, so you find out when it happens.
