Messages, explained

Messages is a built-in one to one chat with your drivers and operatives, with mentions of jobs, loads and vehicles, photos and notifications. On the Business plan and above.

Messages is a built-in chat between the office and the people out in the field, so you can talk to your team without leaving LoadSnap or relying on personal phones.

How it works

Everybody who drives for you or works your weighbridge automatically has a conversation thread. You open Messages and see them listed, like a messaging app, and message people one to one. There is no New Chat button to hunt for, and threads with recent activity sort to the top.

Mentioning jobs, loads and vehicles

You can mention a job, load, receipt, enquiry, vehicle or person inside a message. Clicking the mention opens a panel with that item's details, so you can check it without leaving the conversation.

Photos and notifications

You can attach photos to a message, and a new message raises a notification so people do not miss it.

Availability

Messages is on the Business plan and above. That covers all of it, the one to one chats and the announcements alike. On the plans below it there is no Messages page, and your drivers and operatives will not see chat in their app either. Check the current pricing page for the detail.
