Messages, explained

Messages is a built-in one to one chat with your drivers and operatives, with mentions of jobs, loads and vehicles, photos and notifications. Group messaging and announcements are on the Business plan and above.

Messages is a built-in chat between the office and your drivers and operatives, so you can talk to your team without leaving LoadSnap or relying on personal phones.

How it works

Every driver and operative automatically has a conversation thread. You open Messages and see your whole team listed, like a messaging app, and message people one to one. There is no New Chat button to hunt for, and threads with recent activity sort to the top.

Screenshot goes here: the Messages page with the team conversation list on the left and an open conversation on the right.

Mentioning jobs, loads and vehicles

You can mention a job, load, receipt, enquiry, vehicle or person inside a message. Clicking the mention opens a panel with that item's details, so you can check it without leaving the conversation.

Photos and notifications

You can attach photos to a message, and a new message raises a notification so people do not miss it.

Availability

Team messaging is part of LoadSnap, and group messaging and announcements are available on the Business plan and above. Check the current pricing page for the detail.
