On the Pro plan and above you can put your own branding on LoadSnap, so what your customers receive looks like it came from you rather than from us.
This is not only about the producer portal. Most carriers never switch the portal on and still get the branding, because it is the paperwork going out of the door that customers actually see.
Where your branding shows up
Invoices and quotes, and the payment page a customer lands on when they click to pay
Waste transfer notes, consignment notes and the certificates you send out
The emails LoadSnap sends your customers on your behalf, which can go from your own sending domain
Your public enquiry and booking forms
The producer portal, if you use it
How to set it up
Go to Settings and then White label.
Upload your logo. There is a second slot for a version that works on a dark background, which is worth filling in if your logo is dark.
Pick your main colour. That is the colour of buttons and headings on anything going out.
If you want the portal on your own web address, put it in under custom domain and follow the steps to verify it.
Click Save.
If your invoices go out under a different name from the one on your lorries, you can upload a separate invoice logo under Settings and then Invoicing. That one wins on anything carrying your billing identity.
Which plans
Branding is on the Pro plan and above. On Free and Trade, what goes out carries LoadSnap's branding instead, though you can still put your logo on your public enquiry form.
The producer portal is a separate thing with its own plan level: it is on the Business plan and above. So a Pro carrier gets branded paperwork without the portal, and a Business carrier gets both.
If you stop paying for a plan that includes branding, it comes off the same day rather than carrying on.
