Drivers are the people who carry waste out on the road. Used by carriers.
What it is
The records of your drivers, the people who go out and collect waste. Each driver gets their own login to the driver portal, where they capture collections, see the work they are on, manage their own details and message the office. There is nothing to install: the portal runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen.
Why it's there
You need a record of who your drivers are, to assign them to vehicles, give them portal access, and keep their compliance, such as licence checks, in order.
How it works
Add each driver from the Drivers page with their name and contact details, and send the invite so they set up their own login. In the portal they see the vehicle and jobs they are crewed on for the day, and capture a collection with a photo, which the AI classifies. Drivers are assigned to vehicles, and the vehicle carries the jobs.
Licence and compliance
A driver can verify their own driving licence through the portal, with their consent. This surfaces their entitlements and any penalty points on the compliance dashboard, and feeds into which jobs and waste types they can be assigned.
