Staff Manager is where you manage the people who use your LoadSnap account. Used by carriers and receivers.
What it is
The place to manage your team and their access: admins, drivers and operatives. Each role sees only the screens it needs.
Why it's there
Different people need different access. The office needs full access, drivers need the portal, operatives need the gate. Managing them in one place keeps it secure and tidy.
How it works
Invite people from Settings, then Team. Enter their details, set their role, and send the invite so they set up their own login. Carriers will mostly add back office staff and drivers, receivers will add back office staff and operatives.
